Stronghold Underpinning (“we”) operates https://basementunderpinning.ca and the contact form on this site. This page explains what we collect when you ask for a quote and how we use it. We do not sell personal information.
Who we are
Stronghold Underpinning is a licensed basement underpinning contractor serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Contact: info@basementunderpinning.ca or 647-360-6033.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we receive the fields you type, typically:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Project address or city, and the services you selected
- Your message about the job
- Technical signals used only to stop spam (a hidden honeypot field, a short-lived form token, and your IP address for rate limiting)
The site also uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (G-BNNLMPZ080) to count visits. Those tools set cookies and collect device and page-view data under Google’s terms.
How we use it
Form data is used to reply to your request, schedule a site visit, and keep a record of the job. Email is sent through Mailgun to info@basementunderpinning.ca. We do not use your quote details for advertising lists.
How long we keep it
Quote emails and related job notes are kept as long as we need them to complete the work and meet warranty or legal record duties, then deleted or archived with the rest of the project file. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings.
Your choices
Email info@basementunderpinning.ca to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete a quote request that did not become a job. You can refuse analytics cookies in your browser. Do not send payment card numbers through the form.
